Comares Castle
Built between 1987-1994 in honour of the discovery of America. Contemplates varies architectural styles. It is well worth a vistit, also from the inside to see its beautiful glazing.

Bil Bil Castle
This castle is an Arabic style construction and is surrounded by various beautiful Moorish style fountains. The castle dates back to the XX century and was built as a countryside villa for a prosperous family in that era. Nowadays the local authorities of Benalmádena have acquired the building and use it to celebrate a number of cultural performances.

The historic centre of Benalmádena Pueblo
Benalmádena Pueblo is situated in the mountains at an altitude of 300 meters and has the charm of an Andalusian village with its small streets and plastered houses. Very nice for a pleasant visit as all streets are pedestrian.

Estupa of the Ilumination
This is the biggest stupa of the occidental world, more than 33 meters high and crowned with a gold-plated cone. Can be contemplated from Benalmádena and Fuengirola.

Mijas pueblo
Not far from Benalmádena we find the well known Mijas Pueblo. A picturesque village, a must for every tourist to stroll through its paved streets, see its chapel or take a ride through the village in donkey-taxis.
